A: The Offender Solutions® Inc. Award of Excellence is open to all government, public or private agencies providing services to offenders are eligible for nomination. Offender Solutions® wants to honor companies that demonstrate excellence in being innovative and utilizing practices that are proven to be effective.

Q: Who can nominate for the Offender Solutions® Inc. Award of Excellence.

Any person can nominate a business or the business may self-nominate.

Q: How is the recipient selected?

A: Nominees for these awards are selected via a closed nomination process - meaning they are not open to the public. Recipients of these awards are nominated and selected by a committee of industry experts and leaders.

Q: Why nominate a company for the Offender Solutions® Inc. Award of Excellence?
All companies demonstrating excellence in the marketplace deserve recognition for their dedication to integrity, innovation and excellence. A nomination is a great way to recognize a business/person that demonstrates excellene.

Q: Who is appropriate for this award?

Anyone or any agency working with offenders (adult or juvenile) and making a difference by being innovative and effective in the work they do. Examples would include: Peer/Teen Courts, Probation Departments, Law Enforcement, Schools, Private Providers, Juvenile Departments, Corrections Agencies etc.
